Shipping policy

Processing time is between 1 - 2 business days to process (prepare) your order and tracking can take up to 24 - 48hours to reflect transit with the carrier and in some cases can take longer. Please go over this or reach out to us prior to placing an order as once the item is placed there are no refunds on cancelations. We can only offer site credit less a restocking fee of 25% and any delivery charges that apply which can also apply to any shipment cancellations where the shipment is refused and returned back to us. Please note that any delivery charge that was paid or billed by carrier for returns are not included onto the site credit and will be deducted from the amount.
