Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.

To be eligible for a return you must notify us within 24hours of delivery, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item would need to be shipped back on your expense and received within 7 days to be eligible for the return. Unfortunately, earrings are non returnable due to hygiene protection.   

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as an RMA # that would need to be requested. Please allow 24 - 48hours for a response to your request. 

Returns (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you within 5-7 days of the approval or rejection of your return If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a site credit will automatically be applied to you less a restocking fee of 25%. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only a site credit. This also applies to any orders being cancelled after it was submitted. *Please see shipping costs and policy.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged which must be notified on the the same day of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at livoliverteam@livoliverjewelry.com. Returns / exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days of receiving your item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping Policy + Shipping costs 

Processing time is between 1 - 2 business days to process (prepare) your order that is submitted by 9:00am EST and tracking can take up to 24 - 48hours to reflect transit with the carrier and in some cases can take longer. Any order past 9:00am EST will take an additional day for processing. All US shipments take 3-4 days for delivery (excludes processing time) and express delivery is between 1 - 3 business days (excludes processing time) Please go over this or reach out to us prior to placing an order as once the item is placed there are no refunds on cancelations. We can only offer site credit less a restocking fee of 25% and any delivery charges that apply which can also apply to any shipment cancellations where the shipment is refused and returned back to us. Please note that any delivery charge that was paid or billed by carrier for returns are not included onto the site credit and will be deducted from the amount. * Please check the ship to address that you are entering is correct. We are not responsible for any shipments that are marked delivered and/or signed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Duties & Taxes: If applicable to the international countries this may be collected once it reaches your destination country.
