Return Policy


ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to take it back for a merchandise site credit. For eligible returns you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 10 days of the shipment date and return the item(s) within 10 days of the shipment date. Items received after 10 days cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. To complete your return, please send an email to LivOliverTeam@LivOliverJewelry.com for an authorization number (RMA). The item being returned will need to be properly protected to prevent any damage in the shipment. 

Once the jewelry is received, we will assess the issue per our policy. If credited, you’ll receive a merchandise credit for the amount of the item(s), excluding shipping. The credit can only be redeemed via www.LivOliverJewelry.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item with a high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Liv Oliver does not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and due upon the receipt of your package. Returns from international orders must be sent back at the customers expense.  Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

In your return please:

  1. Put the item you don't want in a box and make sure to protect the item form any damages than can occur in shipping transit.
  2. Send us the box using any carrier. Please declare it as "9801 - US GOODS RETURNING" on your commercial invoice and and keep your tracking number for your records.

REPAIR POLICY 

All of our orders are inspected and securely shipped in a protected mailer. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving. If you need to exchange it for the same item, we will repair it or replace it with the same product if available. If the same product is not available and the item cannot be repaired, an item of equal value will be offered or you can choose a merchandise credit.
